Contact forms send your name, email address, message, selected topic and any company name you provide to our server. We use Resend to send the enquiry to our company inbox, which is hosted by Zoho Mail. We do not send an automatic reply or add you to a mailing list.

The form uses Google reCAPTCHA when you submit to help prevent automated spam. Google receives the verification token and browser/interaction information used for this assessment; we do not include your enquiry text in our verification request. Failed verification or delivery shows an error and leaves the form contents in place.

We rely on our legitimate interest in handling relevant business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) when taking steps towards a contract with you at your request. Providing details is voluntary; we need a reply address to respond. This site does not have a newsletter signup.

Vercel provides the website hosting. Delivering and protecting the site involves connection data such as IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information.

Vercel Web Analytics reports website use, including page visits, referring sites, approximate location and browser or device information. Vercel Speed Insights reports loading and responsiveness. Vercel describes Web Analytics as cookie-free, with aggregate reports and a visitor identifier discarded after 24 hours; Speed Insights does not identify individual visitors or reconstruct browsing sessions.

Inter and Space Grotesk font files are hosted with this website. Displaying them does not require a request to Google Fonts.

Our interests are to deliver a reliable, readable website, prevent abuse, understand use and improve performance. We rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) for these purposes.

The Konseki and DataCannon pages display locally hosted posters. Pressing play loads an embedded player from youtube-nocookie.com and connects your browser to Google. Playback can send connection, device and viewing information and involve browser storage. Use the Unload YouTube player control to remove it.

Your selected theme is saved locally in your browser as mecharov-theme. It remains until changed or cleared through your browser settings. This preference is not an enquiry submission.

The Vercel measurement integrations do not use analytics cookies. This site links to external product and founder websites; following a link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. The product demos use local posters; YouTube is contacted only when you choose to play it. reCAPTCHA loads when you submit a valid contact form and can use browser storage for spam prevention.

Vercel processes website requests and measurements; Resend sends contact-form enquiries; Zoho hosts our company inbox; Google provides reCAPTCHA and the optional YouTube player. People working for Mecharov may access enquiries where needed to answer them, and advisers or public authorities may receive information where required by law.

These providers operate internationally. Processing can occur outside Romania or the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards depend on the destination and service, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

We retain correspondence while needed to answer the enquiry, carry out an active business discussion, meet legal record-keeping duties or handle legal claims. Retention depends on whether a discussion remains active, becomes a customer relationship or must be preserved for a legal reason. You may ask us to review or delete correspondence where no overriding obligation requires it.

Hosting logs, performance measurements and aggregated reports follow the relevant service retention settings. The 24-hour analytics identifier is not a promise that every statistical report is deleted after 24 hours. Your browser controls the saved theme preference.

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We may need to verify your request before disclosing personal information.

Email hello@mecharov.com. You may complain to ANSPDCP in Romania, or the competent authority where you live or work. We do not use this website to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
